Rich joined Spectrum in 2006 working part-time in the warehouse. He was offered a full-time position and asked for an apprenticeship as an automotive technician at that time. What used to be a hobby working on vehicles turned into a career.
As fleet manager, Rich administers Spectrum’s fleet of vehicles and support equipment, including capital purchases and deletions. In addition, he supervises and sponsors the automotive technicians and guides the warehouse staff in asset planning.
Rich is a Red Seal Certified Journeyman Automotive Service Technician. He is a graduate of the Wright Service Corp. Leadership, Education and Development (LEAD) Program, an 18-month program utilized to give employees in the Wright family of companies a platform for cross-company networking and the tools to enhance their leadership potential.
Rich enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters doing things like camping, fishing, skiing and snowboarding. You can also find him hunting, snowmobiling and ice fishing.
